Let’s Move is designed with the individual in mind, understanding that there is no “one-size-fits-all” when it comes to health and fitness. We offer personalized guidance to help improve confidence in body and mind. This could include:

Balance enhancement or fall prevention
Increasing endurance
Decreasing joint pain and stiffness
Slowing the disease process
Aging in place

This program is based on your personal preferences, so if you’re still cringing about that exercise DVD you tried out, or you loathe even the word ‘exercise’ or dislike going to the gym, then Let’s Move may be the perfect fit! We are here to help you uncover the ways in which you and your body will benefit from a movement plan that works naturally with you. Our team of therapists are educators, clinicians and cheerleaders for your health and we will work with you in your home to maximize those surroundings as part of the program.
